For the purchase of 145 Main Street, Sandwich, MA

The Town of Sandwich is accepting proposals for the purchase of 145 Main Street, known as the Sandwich Town Hall Annex. The Town’s preference is to sell the Premises for purposes emphasizing sustained commercial or residential activity with access to public parking. Proposed renovations or additions to the property will be subject to the standards detailed in the RFP and attachments. The final form of the required legal agreement for historical protection will be negotiated with the Selectboard when the Purchase and Sale Agreement is completed.
